Wow, What a Difference!
The Bangor Y offers more than 140 programs with something for all ages including health and fitness, aquatics, martial arts, sports, child care, camp, youth-at-risk, leadership development, women's health and more. Our facilities include two pools, two fitness centers, racquetball, climbing gym, sauna, hot tub and more. The Bangor Y is the most complete facility in the area. We're not a fitness club, we're a complete community center. Our Y values, our mission, our caring and expertise separate us. Make the Y part of your family! Wow, What a Difference!
