After Work Yoga

Are you tense and tired after a full day’s work (whether at an outside job or at home)? This class will release your tension, restore your energy, and save your evening. It is built on a “three-mountain” format: a warm-up; a work session of sustained stretches that cover all areas of the body; and a final deep relaxation.

Careful instruction is given, so beginners as well as the more experienced can benefit from this class.
