Youth Programs

DF water The Bangor Y is proud to offer a variety of programming for youth! Our swim lessons start at age 6 months and progress up through teen years. Youth who enjoy recreational sports can choose from a number of programs that believe in the concept that everyone plays and everyone wins! Our enrichment programs offer unique class options for their creative side, and our Martial Arts programs teach youth self-defense, confidence, discipline and respect.
