Enrichment Programs

Fun with Frosting, Kids Can Cook! and Krafty Kids will be split into two series: Series A and Series B ad will meet twice a week and consist of 10-classes. Series A will be from September 7th - October 7th and Series B will be from October 12th - November 11th.

Kids Can Cook!

Come prepared to have some fun!  This hands-on class introduces the young chef to the art of cooking. We will make simple recipes and work with a variety of foods. Snack included.  Yum!

Fun with Frosting

Krafty Kids

Children will make fun and age-appropriate crafts using a variety of mediums.

Scrapbooking (NEW!)

Discover the tools and materials needed to create a beautiful scrapbook full of memories.  Learn a new technique each week as you create a yearof themed pages.  Participants will need to bring 6-12 photos on one specific theme for each week's layout.  All other materials included.

Geocaching (NEW!)

Learn about Geocaching, a high-tech treasure hunting game played throughout the world by adventure seekers equipped with GPS devices.  Players locate hidden containers, called geocaches, outdoors and then log their experiences online.

Babysitting Class

This class will prepare youth for the responsibility of babysitting. Topics will include health and safety, discipline, what to do in an emergency, as well as basic care of children including diapering, feeding and supervision.
