Traditional Resident Camp Register now for Camp Jordan! Access Y application One week Sessions: For ages 8-14 This spectacular summer overnight camp is set on 200 beautiful acres on Branch Lake in Ellsworth, Maine. Our programs blends traditional camping activities like orienteering, canoeing, archery, environmental education, and swimming with non-traditional programs like movie-making, watertubing, and our High and Low Ropes Adventure course. Our campers are supervised by an experienced staff of young adults who attend a full week of training at Camp Jordan to fine tune their skills of being a good role model and providing a positive environment for our campers. The staff are certified in First Aid and CPR during staff training. We do extensive training in our emergency procedures to ensure each camper's safety during their stay at Camp Jordan. We maintain a counselor to camper ratio of 1:6 to create the camp magic that makes up each campers experience at Camp Jordan. Camp Dates: (Only 5 sessions, don't miss out!) July 4-10 July 11 - 17 July 18 - 24 July 25 - July 31 August 1 - 7 Weekend Stay-over Fees: $65 for each weekend stay-over. Camp Jordan's schedule is made up of seven one week sessions. To accommodate our campers that wish to stay more than one week at a time we offer the option to stay at camp over the weekend between sessions. Our campers enjoy a fun change from the regular schedule of camp while resting up for the coming session. They will enjoy swimming at the waterfront, games at Bennett Field, and a movie night in the King Dining Hall. We also realize that campers may not come to camp with 2 or 3 weeks worth of clothes so we offer to do campers laundry. It's a good idea to mark your campers clothing if they are going to stay more than one week. Weekend Stayover Dates: July 10 - 11 July 17 - 18 July 24 - 25  July 31 - August 1 Check out our session themes Watertubing For Ages 11 and up and a Green Level Swimmer Fees: $40 per week Camp Jordan offers an exhilarating way to enjoy beautiful Branch Lake. Campers can sign up to take tubing as one of their activity periods each day. A class of 6 tubers would go out on our pontoon boat and take turns riding a tube and having a lot of fun! We do require that campers be 11 years old and be a green level swimmer for their own safety. Register now for Camp Jordan!
