Camp Peirce Webber The Webber Program and Emerson Program are proud to provide a group of counselors who know the importance of Honesty, Caring, Respect and Responsibility. Three directors who are year-round professional Y staff in the areas of Child Care and Recreational Sports are on site at camp daily. Our counselors are a group of young adults who have agreed to be role models for your children. We focus our training on providing the safest possible environment for both the physical and emotional experience your camper will have. Many of our staff come from our own Bangor Y camps and have returned to be able to provide an enriching experience for today's children. Every staff receives an entire week of training including ways to make this the best experience for your child and extensive safety procedures. We train heavily on our emergency procedures so each counselor is confident in their responsibilities for your children. If you'd like to meet our staff, schedule a visit.
