Travel and Exploration for ages 5-12
Travel Camp is a great way for any child to spend their summer vacation. We create an adventure that will be remembered forever! We will travel to exciting, historic, fun and educational areas throughout Maine, as well as points of interest in the Greater Bangor area. Field trips are on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, while Tuesday and Thursday are spent exploring our own community and utilizing all the fun at the Bangor Y. Days spent at the Bangor Y are full of fun activities such as swimming lessons, arts and crafts, gym, climbing wall, games, free swim and so much more.
Campers can be dropped off as early as 6:30 am and picked up as late as 5:30 pm.
Late Care is available for a fee of $10 per week. This fee cannot be billed daily. Late pick-ups will be automatically charged a $10 late fee.
Travel Camp cost: $165.00 per week for campers! *New Price!!
SideKick cost: $125.00 per week of Travel Camp!
(Scholarships are available for qualified families)
The Sidekicks is a group that will provide teens entering 8th - 10th grade the opportunity to interact with the younger campers, while traveling on all the cool trips and having a blast! Monday, Wednesday and Friday, Sidekicks will be joining us on field trips with new friends and have a fantastic time! On Tuesdays and Thursdays, Sidekicks will be assigned to a younger unit and have the opportunity to help the counselors plan activities, wile working with the children. The best of both worlds in Travel Camp! Come and join us on the adventure of a life time. The journey begins this summer at Travel Camp!
IMMUNIZATIONS RECORDS AND CAMP PACKETS ARE REQUIRED WHEN REGISTERING!
*Registrations must be received by 6pm on the Thursday prior to the week of camp. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Registrations for the following week will NOT be accepted.
