Job Openings 2008 The following Camp Molly positions are Monday through Friday, full time, working with children ages 5-12. Applicants must have a love for children and the outdoors, be high energy, caring, and creative individuals. To view any of the job descriptions, please click on the position of interest below. Lifeguards Must be safety conscious, have appropriate work experience & current lifeguard certification. Adventure Director A background in natural science, experience in outdoor living, nature study, archery, fishing, or facilitating low ropes perferred. Ability to plan and implement a fun adventure-based program. Boating Director Experience and boating/canoeing, with the ability to develop and implement a well planned program for children. Must be safety conscious, have appropriate work experience & current lifeguard certification. Sports & Games Director Training and experience in the area of sports and games, and the ability to plan a variety of fun activities for children ages 5-12. Ropes Course Director Experience and training on ropes/challenge course is a must, along with the ability to design and implement a comprehensive challenge course curriculum using adventure-based ideas. Counselor Must enjoy working with children in an outdoor environment. Counselors must be adaptable, display good moral character and integrity and implement a program that provides a safe, healthy, and nurturing child-centered environment. Junior Counselor Must enjoy working with children in an outdoor environment. Junior counselors (ages 16 & 17) must be adaptable, display good moral character and integrity and help the counselors implement a program that provides a safe, healthy, and nurturing child-centered environment.
