Arts Director/Coordinator:

Job Summary: Implement a program that provides a safe, healthful and nurturing child centered environment. Educational and creative curriculum that will be fun for summer camp.
Experience: Experience and enjoyment working with children. Adaptability in outdoor unstructured situations. Pleasant personality. Emotional maturity, good moral character and integrity. Curriculum building around the arts, with an educational component.
Special Training, Skills, and/or Certifications: Training and experience in the instruction of Arts and Crafts; creativity and imagination in developing low cost projects. CPR/First Aid is preferred, but will train. Education to enhance knowledge and ability to work with a wide range of youth through ages 5 to 12.
Administrator/Coordinator:

Job Summary: Implement a program that provides a safe, healthful, and nurturing child centered environment. Work with our older youth to provide experience in a field that focuses on children. Create a curriculum that will provide training in leadership qualities and confidence, while having lots of fun.
Experience: Experience and enjoyment working with childern. Ability to create and implement a curriculum that will assist and establish skills for older youth in our LIT program. Adaptability in outdoor, unstructured situations. Emotional maturity, good moral character and integrity. Ability to be confident and communicate effectively in a non-harsh manner to the youth you are working with in this program.
Special Training, Skills, and/or Certifications: Training and experience in curriculum building, ability to work independently, problem solving. CPR/First Aid is preferred, but will train. Education in Child Development/Education preferred. Looking for someone who would like to work with adolescent youth in a strength based setting.
Lifeguards/Counselors:

Job Summary: Lifeguard will be paired in a unit with another counselor and will guard Travel Camp children while we travel to different lakes and beaches around Maine. Although some places may already have a lifeguard on duty, you will also be on duty. You will be responsible for the implementation of a program that provides a safe, healthful and nurturing child centered environment. While traveling, you will ensure the safety of your unit and report any problems to the Director immediately.
Experience: Experience being a lifeguard. Experience and enjoyment working with children. Adaptability in outdoor, unstructured situations. Pleasant personality. Emotional maturity, good moral character and integrity.
Special Training, Skills, and/or Certifications: Lifeguard certification, CPR and First Aid certification a must.
Counselors:

Job Summary: Implement a program that provides a safe, healthful and nurturing, child centered environment. While traveling, ensure the safety of your unit and report any problems to the Director immediately.
Experience: Experience and enjoyment working with children. Adaptability in outdoor, unstructured situations. Pleasant personality. Emotional maturity, good moral character and integrity. Experience working with children.
Special Training, Skills, and/or Certifications: Good swimming ability preferred. CPR and First Aid certification preffered.
Junior Counselors:
