Through a variety of yoga postures, flowing sequences, and deep seated stretches, this "gentle" approach to yoga encourages participants to increase strength, flexibility, posture and balance as well as an overall sense of well-being. Options and modifications are provided for beginner and intermediate participants to experience the full range of a safe and effective fitness-based yoga practice.
