This class is an intense, energizing workout that combines punches and kicks (jab, hook, roundhouse) with traditional cardio movements (knees, step touches) for a workout full of variety. Adaptable to any fitness level, participants will learn the basic techniques for effective punches and kicks and will increase stamina and agility. Cardio Kickboxing will tone the upper and lower body with special attention to the abdominals and to building core strength and balance.
