Women’s Self-Defense For Beginners

March 13th –  April 17th, 2017

Mondays from 6:45 – 8:15pm

BE PREPARED, NOT SCARED!
This is a 6-week self-defense course that will prepare women ages 18 years & older to better protect themselves in case of a personal attack.

Participants will learn:

  • Krav Maga Instinctive Movements
  • Practical Techniques
  • Realistic Scenarios

Please remember to bring water, sneakers, and wear comfortable clothing.

COST: $75 for Members | $150 for Non-Members
