Our Masters Swim Program welcomes swimmers ages 18 years and older and of ALL levels!
This workout group will help you reach goals that are related to health, self-improvement and competitive swimming:
- Stay Active
- Improve your Technique
- Train to compete in YMCA & US Masters Swimming or a Triathlon
- Meet other swimmers & be a part of a Team Atmosphere
Progression will be generalized for all participants and specialized as much as it can be for each swimmer’s goals. Workouts will involve anaerobic, aerobic, stroke drills and will focus on specific areas throughout the week.
COST PER SESSION: $40 Members | $80 Non-Members
