This fun new swim group is focused on helping swimmers of ALL fitness levels stay active.
We’ll help you reach goals that are related to health, self-improvement and competitive swimming:
- Stay Active
- Improve your Technique
- Meet other swimmers & be a part of a Team Atmosphere
Progression will be generalized for all participants and specialized as much as it can be for each swimmer’s goals. Workouts will involve anaerobic, aerobic, stroke drills and will focus on specific areas throughout the week.
COST PER SESSION: $35 Members | $70 Non-Members
