Adult Swim Lessons
Spring I Session: February 24th – April 19th, 2020
Registration begins February 3rd.
It’s never too late to learn how to swim and be safe around water! Whether you’re wanting to conquer your fear of water, learn swim basics or training for your next triathlon, there’s a place for everyone in our Swimming Saves Lives program. We offer 2 Introduction Levels: Water Introduction & Stroke Introduction.
Level 1: Water Introduction
This is the perfect level to help individuals who are afraid of the water! Our Certified Swim Instructor will work at a slow pace so that everyone’s comfort level with the water progresses to being able to put their face in it. We’ll help you overcome and manage your fear of water!
Level 2: Stroke Introduction
In this class, you’ll learn the foundation of front crawl with a focus on rotary breathing and elementary backstroke.
