Schedules

Until further notice, members must call our Welcome Center to reserve a time slot to use our Fitness Center, Weight Room, Aloupis Pool, and Means Pool. Reservations are also required to attend our Outdoor and Indoor Fitness Classes. For more information on our reservation system and what to expect when you arrive, please carefully review our Reopening Plan.

All of our Virtual Classes will be available in our Bangor Region YMCA Group Fitness Facebook group. Members must join this group to gain access to the livestreaming of these classes. Pound Classes will also be streaming live on Saturdays at 10:00am and Sundays at 10:30am. You must join our Bangor Region YMCA Group Fitness Facebook group for the Zoom links.

Please remember to bring your own water bottle and a towel. Outside classes are held as weather permits.
