Due to COVID-19, members must reserve a time slot to use our Fitness Center, Weight Room, Cycling Studio, Aloupis Pool, and Means Pool. Reservations are also required to attend our Fitness Classes. To reserve your time slots and spot in our classes, login to your online account and select “Schedule a Visit” under “My Account” or call our Welcome Center staff at 207-941-2808.

All of our Virtual Classes will be available in our Bangor Region YMCA Group Fitness Facebook group. Members must join this group to gain access to the livestreaming of these classes.

Please remember to bring your own water bottle, a towel and mask.
