Dryland Training for Silver & Gold Groups

September 12th – November 2nd, 2022

Monday/Wednesday. 4:00 – 4:45pm

Dryland training is run by Courtney Rose, our Y’s Fitness and Training Manager, and will focus on mobility, flexibility, and injury prevention. If swimmers are interested in strength and conditioning, they can be put into private group training sessions with a certified personal trainer.
