Join us for FREE Group Fitness Classes at the Bangor Region YMCA! Experience the diverse workout options that group exercise offers with our January MOSSA® MASH-UP!
Sample a selection of each of our MOSSA programs in one 90-minute fun-filled, jam-packed class led by all of your favorite instructors.
THIS MASH-UP WILL BE OFFERED AT 2 DIFFERENT TIMES: 9:00 – 10:30am & 11:00 – 12:30pm
