Join us for this FREE Stability Ball Workout Pop-Up Class for Members and learn new stability ball exercises to add to your gym routine!

This 45 minute class is a full body workout consisting of body weight exercises with the use of a stability ball in all planes of movement and multiple positions. You’ll work cardio, strength, balance and flexibility! Come check it out… you’ll have a BALL
