Our community told us loud and clear tha tour teens need a safe, nurturing space where there are no barriers. We are proud to announc The Bangor Region YMCA Teen Center!
Our Teen Center is a youth development center with a focus on relationships between peers and caring adults, community service and volunteerism, educational engagement, safe spaces, and psychosocial wellbeing. This one of a kind program offers numerous interventions to support youth in the greater Bangor area including the Interact Leaders Club, Youth & Government, Teens to Work, and a low barrier drop-in center open to kids ages 12 – 18 years old.
Join us for the Grand Opening of our Teen Center on Wednesday, February 27th, from 5:00 – 6:30pm! Don’t miss our special presentation at 5:30pm.
