An event every week that begins at 6:45 pm on Monday, repeating until April 17, 2017
BE PREPARED, NOT SCARED!
This is a 6-week self-defense course that will prepare women ages 18 years & older to better protect themselves in case of a personal attack.
Participants will learn:
-Krav Maga Instinctive Movements
-Practical Techniques
-Realistic Scenarios
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
This course is taught by Jenny McPherson, an orange-belt practitioner of Krav Maga and specializes in self-defense and self-empowerment.
