The Bangor YMCA Second Wind Program gives older adults the opportunity to participate in physical and social activities in a fun, safe, and friendly environment.

With your Y-Membership, you’ll have:

Older adults ages 62 years and older receive a 10% discount from our regular $40 monthly membership rate OR $432 per year. Financial Assistance is also available to those who qualify.

NEW! We are now offering a Social Membership for only $20 a month OR $240 per year! This membership includes all of the social activities and trips that are offered through the Second Wind Program. Any use of the Fitness or Aquatics facilities are excluded.
