Lap Swim

Lap Swim is available in two swimming pools. The water in our Means Pool is kept at a warm 86 °F while the water in our Aloupis Pool is kept at regular pool temperature, 81 ºF.

Great Cardio for those experiencing joint and muscle pain. Also improves mobility.
