Struggling to lose weight? Need a competition to stay motivated? Then this weight loss competition is for you!

Our Biggest Mover Challenge will help you lose weight once and for all:

  • Team Training Sessions with Chad Reynolds, Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Weight Management Specialist, and Courtney Cotnoir, our Fitness & Training Manager, three times a week for 10 weeks: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6:00 – 7:00pm & Saturdays, 7:00 – 8:00am
  • Exclusive use of one of our studios for private team training sessions on Saturdays
  • Workout with your teammates who also know that the struggle is real
  • More focus on your nutrition—remember, weight loss is 80% nutrition, 20% exercise
  • Develop maintainable healthy habits
  • Weekly virtual Sunday Stretch & Reflect Sessions with Chad to share tips, tricks, and obstacles to overcome. Time to be determined by group’s availability.
  • Unlimited support through our Team Training Facebook Group

Cost: $200 Member | $400 Non-Member
