Fit Camp

The sky’s the limit in this 30 minute full-body training session! You’ll do cardio, agility, strength, core, and flexibility training using your own bodyweight, kettlebells, dumbbells, plates, mats, stability balls, steps, medicine balls, battleropes, and anything else you can think of! You’ll move, you’ll sweat, you’ll have fun, and you can do it all on your lunch break! Modifications can be made for all fitness levels, so everybody
is welcome!
