The Bangor Region YMCA’s Y Wait…It’s GOAL Time! is a 10-week weight loss program focused on helping you develop healthy habits in a supportive community through TEAM TRAINING SESSIONS with our Certified Personal Trainers and HEALTHY HABIT SESSIONS.

This comprehensive program provides you with the tools, knowledge, support and motivation you need to succeed in your weight loss journey. This isn’t a round trip, it’s a one-way ticket to a healthier you!

Early Registration Cost: $175 Member | $375 Non-Member

$200 Member | $400 Non-Member
