One of the challenges people face when trying to lose weight is finding the time to workout. There’s always the intention to workout during a certain time but then life happens, work happens. We understand! Sometimes things don’t go as planned and trying to keep the same workout schedule turns into an obstacle for losing weight. That’s why our Y Wait program doesn’t hold you to a specific training schedule. Instead, we offer at least 8 training time slots throughout the week for you to choose from and you can attend up to 5 training sessions a week. Mark on your calendar the times that work best for you and know that if your day doesn’t go as planned, that you can jump into one of the other time slots to make up for it!
