Another part of a successful weight loss journey is to find fun workouts to do. As a member of our Y Wait program, you’ll have access to our fitness center, weight room, two swimming pools and land/water fitness classes. You may find that running on the treadmill helps you relieve stress or that one of our many yoga classes helps you relax. We encourage you to try any of the fitness classes you are curious about to find what you like to do.
