To get started with this FREE member program, complete our You Got This! Questionnaire and Health Information Form and drop them off at the Welcome Center OR email them to Courtney Cotnoir, Fitness & Training Manager. She’ll review your forms and contact you to schedule your first appointment!
- Appointment 1: Orientation – Meet one of our Certified Personal Trainers to go over our Group Exercise Classes and get an orientation of our Fitness Center and Weight Room.
- Appointment 2: Program Design
- Appointment 3: Program Tweaks (2-4 weeks after you start)
