To reserve a spot, members must call the Welcome Center at 941-2808 by the Friday before each session.
Only open to Bangor Region YMCA Members. Social distancing with 9 people per class will be followed.

Join Jenny and Sarah on Sundays and take your yoga out into nature and our community with Hiking Yoga at the Bangor Waterfront.

We’ll meet at the main entrance of our Y and walk down to the Waterfront. Sessions will alternate between our moderately-paced hiking with a variety of poses that emphasize breathing and stretching as well as strength, flow, and balance. This event is for ALL levels. No mat needed. Water and sunscreen recommended. Rain or shine!
