Hiking Yoga


Y Members and Non-Members Welcome!

(No Hiking Yoga on September 4th)

Sundays, 9:15 – 10:30am

Join Sarah Hentges and Jenny Milliken and take your yoga out into nature and our community with Hiking Yoga.

We’ll meet at the Y and loop through the Bangor Waterfront and Downtown Bangor, alternating our moderately-paced hiking with a variety of poses that emphasize breathing and stretching as well as strength, flow, and balance. This event is for ALL levels. No mat needed. Water and sunscreen recommended. Rain or shine!
