Here’s what Jennifer has to say about the program:
“In September of 2015, I was sitting on my couch watching T.V. when I realized, at 45 years old, I was going to die on that couch if I didn’t get up and get moving. I was spending five to six hours every evening just sitting and my diet was terrible. I had little energy and I felt awful. My husband saw a flyer for the Biggest Mover program at the Y and he suggested we do it together. I was 100 lbs overweight and was pretty nervous about getting started with this, but I knew I had to do something, so I agreed and we signed up. The program was challenging, but our trainer was fantastic. As the weeks rolled by and the weight came off, I noticed my energy level soaring and my confidence with exercise increasing. This program gave me the tools I needed to continue on my quest for better health, and I continue to visit the gym on a regular basis. Without the Biggest Mover program to get me started, I would still be on that couch.”

“Biggest Mover has been a life changer for my wife and I. As our kids got older, we started to become less active. We decided it was time to make some life changes. We were on a Biggest Mover team the very first year the program started. Now years later, we have come back to the program. The competition side of the program really motivates us. We love having to be held accountable to other team members on a daily basis. We have gotten to know a lot of regulars at the gym as well as most of the trainers and staff. We wanted to make this a way of life for ourselves and Biggest Mover has helped make this happen.
