This series should not be done as a stand-alone, but can be done after the Standing Series video or after any kind of warm-up like a walk or yard work… If a seated position is uncomfortable, I mention a couple of options, like folding up a blanket and sitting on it. These are all deep stretches, so don’t forget to breathe and listen to your body!
